Great drills to get your ribcage moving before you attempt overhead exercises (press, push press, push jerk, snatch, overhead squat, isolated shoulder exercises etc)

I should have said ‘pull your arrow through your bow’ (top hand has the arrow, bottom hand holds the bow), not ‘pull your bow through your arrow!’. Make sure you relax your belly and shoulders when doing the second exercise to ensure greater rotation of the ribcage. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to email me.
